A good nights sleep at the right price on a gorgeous 3rd weekend in August Peak tourist time on Cape Cod when all Motels have no vacancy and the prices are doubled at most locations. Stayed here in January too so I all ways come prepared with all my comforts of home.

The location is great for every sight seeing there. The receptionist is so nice, friendly and helpful. It is very quiet area which I like.

Rooms were clean. Great size for 3 of us (4 would've been fine too!) Perfect for an overnight stay before getting into our rental. Simple check in and just drop the key off for check out. Easy off the highway but still quiet!

Accommodation is bad. The bathroom has a bathtub that, in addition to being clogged, is all peeling and dirty. The carpet in the room smelled of dust, things objects, everything was dusty. There is no comfort in the room. Unfortunately, there was nothing good to say. At the reception, the service is fast and without bureaucracy.

Very comfortable bed and friendly front desk service. Best value Ive had in at hotel/motel experience as far back as I can remember. Highly recommend this Inn and will return again!

The room me and my fiance were given was one of the nastiest hotel rooms I'd ever seen.... The rug was completely gross, was never cleaned the bedroom floor had trash all over floor that they wanted us to pick up!!! The little Iranian front desk guy was very rude.... I had reservations for one night and he said it was wrong....and I had email confirmation and he wouldn't believe me !! The pictures that are to show the place are 20yrs old. He was a Nasty little man!! Typical ma and pa motel going out of business with finishings from the 1950s it's very little amenities. With 20yr old mattresses, my back is killing me!!! Paint peeling off the walls, ugly ass dirty rug... Broken windows shades, and no coffee maker...,. NO FRILLS ...

Location was great but room was more than outdated. It was downright dirty. The mattress was DISGUSTING. We considered asking for our money back several times but really didnt want the stress.

We stayed at the Inn for 1 night on the way to Marthas Vineyard. Its clean and convenient place. Spacious room with 2 beds. Nothing extraordinary, motel style, but we did not need anything else. Price was reasonable for a long weekend.
